General terms

These are sample general terms of a demo salon. A real salon writes its own, under the Consumer Protection Act.

1. Booking

Appointments are booked on the site, by phone or at the salon. A booking is confirmed when you receive an e-mail or a message with the date, the time and the service.

2. Prices

The prices are in the price list on the site and at the salon, VAT included. Where a service depends on hair length or the amount of product, the specialist tells you the final price before starting.

3. Health

Before a treatment, tell the specialist about allergies, pregnancy or skin conditions. For colouring and some skin treatments we do a sensitivity test 48 hours in advance.

4. Complaints

If you are not happy with the result, tell us within seven days — we will fix it free of charge or find another solution.

5. Disputes

Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, under Bulgarian law.
