Payment and cancellation

Payment

• You pay at the salon after the service — in cash or by card. There is no prepayment for a booked appointment.
• Gift vouchers are paid when ordered — at the salon, by card or by bank transfer.
• For weddings and company occasions with several specialists we take a 30% down payment, deducted from the total.

Cancelling and moving

You cancel or move your appointment from the link in your confirmation e-mail — free up to 24 hours before. After that, please call us so we can give the slot to another client.

If you do not come

We understand it happens. But if you miss two booked appointments without telling us, we will ask for a down payment the next time you book.
